About Diesel
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Diesel is a playful black Labrador Retriever mix puppy, about six months old, with a medium coat who exudes affection and boundless energy. Rescued from a rural setting where he ended up with caring neighbors, Diesel has already shown he’s an outgoing and loving companion. He delights in chew toys, treats, and especially ice cubes, and can’t get enough of the outdoors—he’ll be thrilled to join you for walks, hikes, and likely any water activity thanks to his Lab background. Diesel weighs around 40 pounds and gets along well with smaller dogs in the home, respectfully sharing food and play. He’s eager to please and would thrive with an active person or family who can guide him through puppy training. While Diesel will make a wonderful family dog, he’ll do best in a home without small children, simply due to his youthful enthusiasm and high energy level.
