Ohh, sweet Neo! This gentleman has been returned not once, but TWICE because families he called his own went through sad divorces, resulting in his loss of home. He's currently hanging out with a foster mom and a lot of foster kitty friends, but he'd LOVE a family with more time for him and maybe just a couple other kitties, so he can relax and enjoy people who love him!
