A shelter is no place for a senior so Bismarck is currently enjoying some time in a foster home. Bismarck is affectionately called, "Bizzy" in his foster home and he is settling in nicely. Bismarck is dog friendly. We are hoping to find a forever home for Bismarck where he can be a cherished family pet.
