About Buster Brown
Buster Brown is a large, adult male tabby who hasn’t had it easy—he survived abandonment and real danger when people tried to brick him into a basement. When rescuers got him out, he was scared and defensive, swatting and hissing out of pure survival instinct. Over the past year, Buster has taken slow, brave steps forward. Now, he sometimes seeks out gentle pets and is learning to enjoy human company. The other cats at the rescue overwhelmed him at first, but he’s showing steady progress in adjusting to them, too. Buster still needs a patient adopter who understands he might never be a typical lap cat. Give him time, let him warm up at his own pace, and you’ll watch him transform into a devoted companion. He is grateful to be safe and clearly wants someone to trust. If you’re ready for a slow burn friendship, Buster’s your guy. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
