Buster Brown is a handsome 3-4yr old boy who lived a really rough life on the streets. He was living in a basement, where people started closing off his entrance/exit with bricks so he would die in there. Luckily, he was rescued (and there’s video of his rescue too!) After being rescued, Buster was pretty defensive and terrified of people. He would smack at you with his paw and hiss. Over the past year, Buster has come to enjoy being pet, even seeking it out on his own sometimes! The other cats at the rescue overwhelmed him at first, but he’s also adjusting to them really well now too. This guy is just so grateful to not struggle on the street anymore, and we know someone special must be out there for him. He needs a patient home who will go slow with him and let him slowly adjust, but we think in time he will truly be someone’s best friend. He may never be a lap cat, but he has shown he wants to be someone’s companion!
