About Mung Daal & Schnitzel

Schnitzel (tabby) and Mung Daal (black and white) are a bonded pair of young male cats who watch the world cautiously at first but have gentle, sweet natures hiding beneath their shyness. Schnitzel tends to venture out first, peeking from hiding places and showing curiosity. He savors attention and will sink into pets when he’s caught before darting off again. Mung Daal is more reserved, but can be tempted out by play or treats—he especially can’t resist a cat wand or some Churu. Both love the cat wand and occasionally join their foster in bed for quiet cuddles and affection. They’re comfortable being around other cats and currently doing well meeting new feline friends through a pet gate. These boys need a patient person who will let them unfurl at their own pace; with time, they’ll blossom into loving companions. Mung Daal and Schnitzel are in medical quarantine and on a treatment plan, which the team will discuss with anyone interested in adopting them. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
