He's about 3 years old and still filling out, but already shows a sweet, affectionate nature. At first, Finlay is timid around strangers and new environments, but with a patient approach and ongoing socialization, he warms up quickly and becomes quite playful. He loves his walks, has solid leash manners, and greets other dogs calmly. In his foster home, Finlay has begun to show a cuddly, loving side and enjoys both affection and treats. He will do best with someone who will help him keep building confidence and is comfortable continuing his gentle socialization. His foster placement does require a scheduled meet-and-greet.
