Finlay was found abandoned in a parking lot but is proving to be incredibly sweet and affectionate. He may be a bit timid with new people and environments at first, yet he has blossomed quickly thanks to patient socialization and affection from his foster family. He is developing a playful side and loves going for walks, showing impressive leash manners for his age. Although only in care for a short time, Finlay has already had many positive greetings with strangers and other dogs. With continued love and patience, he is sure to become an extremely cuddly and loyal companion ready to fill your days with joy and warm hugs. To meet Finlay, an appointment is required since he is currently in foster care. As a fun fact, with a birthday on December 10, Finlay is a Sagittarius—known for a free spirit and boundless enthusiasm! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
