Pepper 2 is a Border Collie mix. He should be in a home with no other animals and no small children. Pepper 2 loves toys, loves to play ball, likes other dogs, but not sure about cats, as he was never around them. Seems to listen to commands. He has been neutered and he is micro-chipped.
