Moo Cow is literally PERFECT!!! He is a big ol block head that is so chill and well behaved! He knows all his commands and is a gentle boy! Moo Cow was found as a young pup chained in a bunch of garbage and a wonderful lady saved him from that environment and he has been trained and is now thriving in foster where he plays with a best friend daily. He truly is so loving and makes a great best friend! Walks wonderful on a leash and loves car rides! Please consider Tanner as he deserves a family of his own.
