About Monkey

Monkey came to rescue after a rough start at Dallas Animal Services. Her foster has helped her decompress and settle in, and now she's all about being a dog—relaxed, social, and ready to cuddle. She’s a gorgeous, gentle soul who just wants a place to call home. Monkey enjoys spending time with easygoing dogs her size, but she’s just as happy being the center of attention as the only pet. She plays well with her foster sibling and puppies and is known for handing out big cuddles when she trusts you. Monkey craves human affection, wants nothing more than to be doted on, and will happily sprawl out in the car if she knows a snack is coming. She loves car rides, is house trained, and has proven she does well with children. However, she isn’t a match for a home with cats.
