About Manuka
Manuka beams at everyone she meets, eager to greet every person with her trademark full-body tail wagâeven if it means pulling her way over just to say hello. Lately, sheâs been the highlight of several elderly neighborsâ mornings, bringing a smile to their faces on daily walks. There isnât a person Manuka doesnât like. Her laid-back, goofy side comes out when sheâs lounging quietly in the house. Sheâs house trained, keeps noise to a minimum, and relaxes without fuss in cars. Manuka walks nicely on leash and gently takes treats. She isnât cat friendly, and resource guards around other dogs, so sheâs currently separated from resident pets and sticks to her own space, which she handles calmly and quietlyâshe settles in her kennel or room without complaint. She hasnât shown resource guarding toward people. Fun fact: Manuka is a Virgo, so she comes with a little extra dose of loyalty and an orderly streak. Click apply to start the adoption process.
