About Bolt

Meet Bolt. At just 10 months old, Bolt weighs about 55 lbs and was rescued as a young pup off the streets of Puerto Rico. While his three siblings found homes quickly, Bolt is still searching for his. He's a bit shy when meeting new people, usually needing a week or so to settle in, but that patience pays off. Once he trusts you, Bolt transforms into an affectionate cuddle bug, happiest curled in a lap or tucked under blankets beside his family. He gets along well with other dogs, especially those who are playful and can help him grow his confidence. He lives comfortably with teenagers in his foster home and is actively working on his house training. Bolt is already crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night. According to his foster dad, it only took a few days for Bolt to relax and start seeking out snuggles. Bolt needs someone patient who will let him adjust at his own pace, but the reward is a loyal, loving companion who gives endless affection. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
