About Sadie
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Sadie is a lovely short-haired dark tabby with a timeless, gentle spirit. Born in late 2016, she is a spayed female currently seeking a new home through the Lending A Helping Paw program with her special companion, Ramona. Sadie’s owners lovingly describe her as having a soft, grey tabby coat and a mellow, affectionate personality. She adores lounging, brushing up against your legs, and receiving head scratches. When guests visit, Sadie emerges to greet them if the environment is calm, displaying her friendly yet reserved demeanor. She is diligent with her scratching posts and rarely touches things she shouldn’t. With young children, Sadie is remarkably patient and gentle—she has never scratched or lashed out, even when handled by a toddler, and simply seeks a quiet spot when needing space. Nights are peaceful with Sadie, as she keeps quiet while the family sleeps. Living peacefully alongside another cat, she would easily settle in a multi-cat household. Sadly, due to some respiratory and eating issues that require consistent healthcare and an expanding human family, her owners are unable to provide the resources she needs. Sadie is microchipped, spayed, and current on her rabies vaccine. She would be a wonderful companion for anyone ready to invest in her wellbeing; in return, you’ll be rewarded with endless snuggles and affection. As a Sagittarius, Sadie is sure to bring a touch of adventurous spirit and warmth to her new home! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
