About Grayling
Click apply to start the adoption process. Grayling is an elegant all-gray, short-haired adult female cat who has blossomed since coming into rescue. While her history before arriving is a mystery, she has made great strides in her foster home, moving from extreme shyness to enjoying daily pets, brushing, and attention from her foster parents. Now, she even seeks out affection, relaxing in her favorite "safe spaces" and allowing visitors to gently pet or brush her, signaling her growing comfort and willingness to trust. She has developed a fondness for treats and soft food, now eating and walking around freely regardless of whether humans are present. Grayling's particular interest in kittens shows her gentle curiosity, though she prefers not to cuddle with other adult cats. She may thrive as an only cat in a calm, peaceful household, as a noisy or rambunctious environment might be overwhelming for her. Fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, spayed, and litter trained, Grayling is ready to find a patient and loving companion who will win her over with kindness and understanding. Since she was born on July 27, 2022, her sun sign is Leo—a sign known for quietly observing before seeking affection, just like her. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
