About Sarah
Sarah Jane—who some call GiGi, short for the goodest girl—has an easygoing, quietly sweet demeanor with her people. She melts for affection, stays close by, and carries herself with a gentle docility that wins over anyone, especially kids. Initiate play and she'll dribble a soccer ball with surprising joy; stay chill, and she'll happily lounge with you on the couch. A walk or hike, even paddleboarding, suit her just fine. She's learned commands like sit, come, and shake (stay needs work), and her hugs and cuddles are genuinely earnest. She’s attentive and responsive at home—barky at the door, but quick to stop when corrected. Furniture privileges? She’s grateful for them but will respect boundaries if needed. Sarah needs to be the only animal in the house—previous run-ins with dogs mean she’s best as a solo pet, and cats are off-limits too. She navigates dog encounters with some wariness, not aggression, but her comfort zone doesn't extend to sharing space. With children, she is the definition of gentle, always patient, and tolerant. Her ideal match is someone (or a family) ready for plenty of downtime and companionship. Toys with crinkles and soccer balls make her tail wag.
