Frankie and his brother Vinnie were recently surrendered to us when their family fell into a tough place... Frankie is such a sweet boy that will tolerate absolutely anything. He loves being held like a baby and will even lean in for you to give him a kiss. Frankie was also born without eyelids. Now, we know that make sound scary and uncomfortable but that is not the case at all. Frankie has been this way his whole life and it doesn't seem to affect him in the slightest.
