Fulton loves people and enjoys walks, but can be a bit reserved at first meeting. He is dog-friendly with the right introduction, but he needs patience and steady leadership from someone who knows how to build trust gently. Currently on medication and in training, he’s made real progress and is ready for a home that will keep investing in his growth. Fulton is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.
