Or how he always knows how to have a ball. Chuckles is here for a good time. He greets his fosters each morning by flopping onto his back like an overturned turtle for belly rubs and cuddles. He loves to glue himself to a person, but can also happily entertain himself with a kong while you're busy with people things.
