About Sparrow
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Sparrow is a small kitten with a big personality and an even bigger voice! He’ll make sure you always know when he wants attention—standing at your feet and calling out until you notice him, and if he still doesn’t get enough love, he might try a quick climb up your leg (don’t worry, he’s learning better ways to ask for cuddles!). Sparrow loves to be picked up and held for a bit, but true to his energetic spirit, he’s eager to get back to exploring when he’s had enough. He’s playful, affectionate, and guaranteed to keep you smiling with his silly antics and affectionate nature. Kittens like Sparrow under six months old are adopted out in pairs to help them finish learning their social skills and kitty manners, unless you already have a young, playful feline friend at home. This helps kittens grow up well-adjusted and ensures they don’t become too much for the rest of the household—including other pets! To adopt Sparrow, make sure you’re ready for a snuggly, playful companion and meet the foundation’s requirements, including living in the greater Chicagoland area as an Illinois resident, being at least 21, and having consent from everyone in your home. The rescue’s adoption process includes a vet reference check and a commitment to provide a lifetime of love. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
