Coop
AvailableCoop is a small male Domestic Short Hair kitten currently in Elk Grove Village, IL. He is neutered and house trained, and enjoys the company of other cats, children, and even dogs. Although he was born with a physical difference, there are no ongoing medical needs. Social and active, Coop would do well in a family looking for a playful and resilient companion.
About Coop
Coop stands out from his litter, not because he can't keep up, but because he's overcome a lot. Born with fractured elbows, his front legs healed a bit bowed and just a touch shorter than the back, so his walk and landing style are his own. He's adapted fast and moves with an easy spirit—now, even the orthopedic specialist says his range of motion is solid. Coop doesn't let anything slow him down and has grown into a social, playful kitten who loves to wrestle and snuggle with his siblings when it's time to wind down. He uses the litter box without fuss, gets along with the kids, and coexists just fine with the dogs. Coop thrives around other kittens and would benefit from going home with a littermate, or to a house with another young cat. He's lively, affectionate, and would slot into an active home ready for the lively antics (and quiet cuddles) a kitten brings. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
