About Luna B

Luna B is a six-year-old Mountain Cur/Terrier mix with a gorgeous brindle coat and a solid, large build around 50 pounds. She lost her home due to a sudden change in her adopter’s housing, so the search is on for the right place to land. Luna B hasn’t lived with other dogs and is a bit selective, so for now, she’s best as the only dog in the house. She’s comfortable passing dogs on walks, but sharing her space is still uncertain. Crates aren’t her thing, so she’d do best with someone around most of the time, who can help her settle in and make her feel safe. Luna B is housebroken and happiest curled up on the couch next to her person. Once warmed up, she’s loving and attentive. She walks well with a harness, has a moderate energy level, and while she hasn’t lived with children, she does fine when meeting them. Local adopters in the Philadelphia and tri-state area are preferred, and Luna B cannot go to homes that use electronic fencing or shock collars. Luna B is currently in foster care.
