Lionel is a sweet , outgoing,smart boy that loves his green mouse toy and green ball. He loves to play fetch and enjoys cuddling with his people and does well with the super laid back dog in his foster home. He would do well as an only kitty with maybe a laid back dog for company. He is definitely a "people" cat and would love to have his human slaves all to himself to do his bidding.
