Koda
AvailableKoda is a brindle and white mixed breed male, estimated to be about 5 years and 4 months old, currently in Oak Park, IL. He falls into the medium size category and has been neutered, with his vaccinations up to date. While Koda is still working on house training, he brings plenty of intelligence and enthusiasm to the process. He does not get along with other dogs or cats and needs to be the only dog in the home.
About Koda
Koda is a true character—always up for playtime, eager to explore, and likely to brighten your day with his goofy antics. High-energy and clever, he’s happiest when learning new tricks or absorbing everything around him on a walk, a backyard sniff, or a hike. Training is his jam, especially when treats are involved. Koda is still getting the hang of house training and will need someone who can stick to a routine and be patient with a few accidents. He isn’t a fan of the crate yet and is just starting to figure out leash manners, so ongoing positive training will be important. Koda does not get along with other dogs and really needs to be the only dog in the home. He’s also not suitable for a house with cats. We don’t know how he does with kids yet, but he might do best in a home where he gets plenty of attention and adventure. He’s guaranteed to keep life interesting and will be a loyal partner for someone active who loves a fun companion. As an Aquarius, Koda brings playfulness, curiosity, and a touch of stubborn independence. This could be the start of something paw-some.
