About Summer
Your new best friend is just one click away. When Summer first arrived at Animal League of Green Valley, she was frightened and unsure, having been found alone in a parking lot dehydrated and covered in dirt. With patience and care from her new human friends, she gradually began to heal, learning that life could be safe again. Everything changed for her when a doggie "big brother" came into her life, showing her the joys of play, napping together, and exploring the world side by side. His companionship helped Summer master her leash skills and boosted her confidence dramatically. Now, every day brings more tail wags as she discovers how wonderful it is to simply be a happy dog. Summer is eagerly waiting to become part of a loving home—will she become yours? Fun fact: With a date of birth on January 18, Summer is a hardworking and loyal Capricorn—traits that often make for steadfast and devoted companions. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
