Samson is full of energy and would make a fantastic companion for an active family or single owner who is dedicated to providing plenty of playtime, exercise, and ongoing training. He loves the outdoors, especially running and playing fetch, and gets along well with other dogs who appreciate an active play style. While he’s still working on crate training, samson is house trained, leash trained, and learns very quickly—you’ll be impressed with how fast he picks up new tricks! Samson’s journey began as a stray, and while his past is a bit of a mystery, he’s proven himself to be affectionate, loyal, and eager to bond with his human. He has been fully vetted, is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention. Samson recently recovered from kennel cough and is finishing up treatment for Ehrlichia. A previous injury left him with a slight limp, but it doesn’t slow him down at all—he still enjoys running, playing, and simply being close to you. He doesn’t resource guard, enjoys toys (though he’s still working through his puppy chewing phase), and entertains himself in his kennel or relaxes by your side for affection and pets.
