About Tae
Tae is a 2-year-old mixed-breed pup (Siberian Husky and German Shepherd Dog) who landed on the euthanasia list after over two months in a stressful shelter environment. Luckily, a foster stepped up just in time, and Tae has been showing his true colors in a loving home. He's sweet, friendly, and loves to snuggleāif you let him, he'll climb right into your lap for affection. A little unsure in new situations, Tae still has a very friendly temperament and looks for someone he can trust. He settled into his foster home after a short adjustment and is now an active, curious, and playful companion. Tae gets along well with other dogs and is unbothered by the resident cat. He's still learning a few boundariesālike leaving trash cans alone and not jumping up for attentionābut he responds well to verbal correction. He listens, walks nicely on a leash, and is crate-trained. His favorite things are belly rubs, cuddling, and sticking close to his people. Tae adjusts his energy to his surroundings, making him an adaptable companion. Tae would do well in an active home ready to handle his energy levels. Because he can still be jumpy or shy in unfamiliar situations, a home with older kids (13+) is best for helping him build confidence. Once Tae bonds, his loyalty runs deepāhe always wants to be near his person. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
