About Tae
Click apply to start the adoption process. Tae is a 2-year-old pup who spent over two long months in the shelter, where the stress of that environment landed him on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, a foster stepped up just in time to give Tae another chance. This loving, sweet boy has proven to be incredibly affectionate and loves people. When first meeting him, Tae didn't hesitate to climb right into a volunteer's lap and soak up all the affection he could get. Though he's initially a bit nervous in new circumstances, Tae quickly settles in and reveals his curious and friendly nature. In his foster home, he eagerly explored his new surroundings and bonded with both the other dogs and even the resident cat. Tae is lively and playful without being overwhelming, and he's very responsive to gentle corrections as he learns the ropes of being part of a home, like avoiding the trash can and keeping all four paws on the floor. Good manners are already underway—he listens well, walks nicely on leash, and feels safe relaxing in his crate. He especially enjoys belly rubs, cuddles, and sticking close to his people. Tae would thrive in an active home that can accommodate his energy and provide regular activity. While he does great with other dogs and seems comfortable with cats, due to his occasional nervousness, a home with teenagers (13+) who can help him build confidence and respect his boundaries would be ideal. Once he connects with his people, Tae is incredibly loyal—always ready to be at their side. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
