Cameron Aka Cammie is more than ready for her forever family. Around 3 1/2 years old with a mix of German Shepherd, Labrador, and Hound, she’s a sweet, loving dog who warms up with a bit of patience. Shyness with strangers is fading and, once she feels safe, her loyalty is strong. Cammie’s sharp and food-motivated, picking up basic commands quickly. She finished obedience training, originally aiming to be a medical service dog, but she’s more comfortable with a calm routine and another confident dog around. Solo public outings just aren’t her thing. She’s playful at home, sometimes goofing under blankets or in classic rump-in-the-air poses, hoping for attention. She gets along well with most dogs, especially enjoying the company of a playful peer. Her favorite buddy is Koda—if they could be adopted together, it would have the makings of a perfect family. Older kids suit her best and, growing up with four cats, she can live peacefully with a dog-savvy cat. Vaccinations are current, she’s spayed, microchipped, housebroken, crate trained, and walks well on leash. Cammie is currently in Ontario, CA waiting for someone to take her home.
