About YoYo
Yoyo, affectionately known as Goat, made his way from Costa Rica to the US for a second chance and has been patiently waiting in foster care since May 2023. He lives up to his quirky nickname—curious, always nibbling, and completely lovable. Yoyo’s walk shows some neurological issues he developed before leaving Costa Rica, but he hasn't let it dull his joy for life. He’s goofy, snuggles into blankets, and never turns down a peanut butter Kong. Yoyo gets along well with all the dogs in his foster home and does great with the kids. His playful side shines as long as bones and food aren’t in the mix—he can resource guard those, so a home with children over 8 is best. Due to incontinence, he wears a belly band, which manages things well with only minor accidents if it comes off. Yoyo is a cattle dog mix searching for that one special home where his uniqueness is valued. His foster is based in Tucson, AZ but travels to Queen Creek, AZ and the Phoenix/East Valley regularly. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
