Meet Riggs! Riggs was found on Riggs road in Maricopa, with what we believe to be his dad, very close to death. With some TLC, he is a happy boy! He is possibly a Cattle Dog/Lab mix. He is very friendly and loves people, kids and other dogs. Riggs is also learning how to use the doggy door. Riggs is neutered and ready for his furever home!
