About Rigel

Rigel is about 1.5 years old. When he was taken in, he was one of 17 puppies from two litters. Due to their similarities and the influx of pups, adopters found it tough to notice individual dogs. As a result, Rigel remains one of the last to be adopted and is still searching for his forever home. This outgoing guy loves making friends and is always up for an adventure. Rigel enjoys posing on boulders or benches — anywhere he can be in the action. He has a confident and playful personality, embracing every opportunity to meet new people or show off his latest posing spot. Rigel would thrive in a home that appreciates his playful spirit and loves to interact with both humans and other dogs. He gets along well with children and other pups. You can meet Rigel at Tucson Petco on Saturdays from 11 AM to 2 PM. Do message ahead if you plan to visit, as not all animals will be present at every event. Adoption fee is $25. Rigel is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting both Rigel and his buddy Roscoe, the fees can be waived.
