About Frog
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Frog, a sweet and spirited young Pit Bull Terrier mix looking for her forever family! At about 2-3 years old and approximately 60 pounds, Frog is bursting with playful energy and a vibrant personality. Rescued alongside her brother, she’s proven herself to be one of the silliest and most affectionate pups around. Frog thrives on activity—she’ll need a large, fenced yard where she can run, play, and burn off her enthusiasm. She gets along great with her brother and shows a promising ability to be friendly with other dogs as well. Frog is also super smart, so training will come naturally—she mostly just needs some help with the basics and a gentle hand as she settles into new places. Although she may be a bit shy at first, she warms up quickly and reveals her affectionate, snuggly side. Because of her playful spirit and size, Frog is best suited for an active family in a home with plenty of space, not in an apartment. After a busy day, she’s always happy to curl up with loved ones for a cozy nap. Frog is currently located at the Animal Refuge Foundation in Sherman, TX, and adoption visits are by appointment only.
