Athena came into rescue with a starving body and nine puppies to care for, but thanks to a quick response, she and all her pups made it. Now, Athena is healthy—almost on the chunky side—and spends her days in Durango, CO with her buddy Basil. She shows a lot of affection to the people who walk her and loves to romp around in the play yard. Dive bombing seems to be her favorite game, especially when Basil is involved.
