About Tootsie
Meet Tootsie, a large young domestic short hair tabby who’s still learning the ropes in her new spot after a shelter transfer to Latrobe, PA. She’s pretty reserved right now, usually tucking herself away in a covered bed. Most days you’ll spot her half-asleep somewhere quiet, out of the limelight. Even so, if you approach and offer some head scratches or a gentle belly rub, she starts to warm up—you can tell she likes the attention. Tootsie would probably thrive in a low-key home where she can adjust at her own pace, somewhere she won’t need to compete with a lot of noise or chaos. Over time, with a little patience, you’ll likely find her curled up next to you, happy for the company. She does get along with other cats, which is a plus if you already have a feline companion. Give this shy girl a quiet place and she might just start seeking out your lap for her next nap. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
