About Macaroni
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Do you love everything about baby German shepherds? Meet macaroni! Macaroni is a German shepherd mix who found his way into a caring person's yard after likely being abandoned near a local park. At around 8 months old, he's full of sweetness and playful energy. Macaroni absolutely adores other dogs, and his confidence blossoms when he’s around canine companions, so he’d thrive with a dog friend in his forever home. He’s a bit shy at first but quickly warms up—especially if snuggles are involved! Macaroni is known to sneak onto the couch for a quick cuddle and steal a kiss or two, sometimes surprising you with a kiss on the ear! He is already spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and, if over 6 months, heartworm tested and on preventative. Please note, you'll need an approved application to meet Macaroni since the rescue doesn't operate a public shelter, and meetings are only set up after approval. A home visit is required for adoption, and the group adopts within a two-hour radius of Dayton, OH. Reach out to your local rescue if you’re outside this area. Macaroni can't wait to find his perfect family! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
