About Rocko

They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? ISO: Wrestling Buddy, Cuddle Enthusiast, Snack Distributor! Meet Rocko—56.5 pounds of pure charm, muscle, and mischief, all wrapped up in a pit bull/medium mystery mix. At 4 years old, he’s the picture of doggy adulthood: think of him as the gym buddy who’s always up for playtime, but won’t judge you for a lazy cuddle session. Rocko is a chill guy who loves to vibe, play hard, and occasionally snuggle up in your lap (despite his size). What does Rocko offer? Top-tier house manners, mastery of “sit,” “high five,” and “leave it”—he’s cleverer than your ex, for sure. He’s a certified cuddle expert, basically a weighted blanket with a heartbeat. Rocko gets along well with big dogs and is always down for a spirited game of tug-of-war. He’s also friendly with older kids, though children who move like squirrels aren’t really his style. Cat compatibility is unknown at this time. Rocko would thrive in a home with a big fenced yard and a fellow large dog to wrestle with, but he’s just as happy to be your playmate and snuggle partner if you can provide plenty of fun and affection. He’s currently enjoying foster care, but he’s ready for someone to put in the application and show him what forever looks like. Fun fact: as a Pisces, Rocko is likely to be extra intuitive and loving—perfect for those cozy cuddle sessions. This could be the start of something paw-some.
