Billy has captured our hearts with his fighting spirit! This little one is a heartwarming AVAP success story at its very best. At three months old, this guy took a seriously scary nose dive after a battle with giardia and almost died. Saved by having 15 cm of his small intestine removed, (the most the vet had ever removed from a kitten!), he is now thriving. He was the sweetest, easiest patient who never stopped purring, even though we know he felt really terrible. Now you would never guess what he went through as he is a little fluff ball of energy and snuggles. Fully recovered, he loves wrestling and playing with other cats big and small, cuddling up next to you, bumping his little head against your hand when he wants to be pet, and purring up a storm. He may remain on the smaller side due to his early life complications, but don't be fooled- he has a personality as big as Texas and thinks he is a lion!
