About Blu Iii
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Meet Blu! Blu is a lovely 6-year-old, 10-pound spayed domestic shorthair with a gorgeous brown tabby coat and a creamy soft belly. She is a gentle and shy cat by nature, with a truly sweet spirit who needs a bit of time and patience to settle into a new home. Once comfortable, Blu enjoys quiet cuddles and being close to her favorite person—she’ll reward your patience with affection and calm companionship. While Blu may seem reserved at first, she can be won over easily with her favorite lickable treats, which never fail to bring her out of her shell. She generally gets along with other pets, though she can become easily overwhelmed, so she will thrive in a calm, quiet household with possibly just one or two other animals. For this reason, Blu is best suited to a home without children and in an environment where peace and safe spaces are prioritized. Blu would do best with a patient adopter who understands and appreciates shy cats, and who will provide her the cozy hiding spots and gentle love she needs to truly blossom. In the right home, she is sure to become a loyal and loving companion. What are you waiting for? Apply today! Dallas Pets Alive is helping facilitate this rehoming. All pet details were provided by Blu's owner, and you are encouraged to verify information before adoption.
