Meet Marceline! This spirited 2-year-old pitty, tipping the scales at a delightful 52 pounds, is bursting with energy and love. 🌼 It's heart-wrenching that this young beauty is in need of a hospice home, but that’s exactly what she deserves – a family who can shower her with happiness even if her time is shorter than it should be. Can you be that special family? Rescued from the streets, Marceline came with a hefty challenge – a large growth on her jaw that had us all on edge. Thankfully, with the incredible support of the community, especially the @1510Foundation, she received top-notch care. After surgery at MedVet Vancouver, the tumor was removed along with a part of her jaw. Now? She’s healed beautifully, sporting an adorable overbite that only adds to her charm! 🥰 Oh, but here’s the kicker! The pathologist found out this growth was a rare type of cancerous bone tumor. We don’t know exactly when or if it’ll come back, but right now, Marceline is living her best life, full of joy and excitement! Marceline is a medium-energy dynamo, always ready for a sniff walk followed by a fun game of fetch. And guess what? She’s a social butterfly! 🦋 This gal loves to play with other dogs who can keep up with her playful spirit! But a word of caution—her enthusiasm can be a tad much for some, and she has trouble telling the difference between cats, little dogs, and squirrels...oops! 🐾 So, no kitties or tiny pups in her future home, please! With people, Marceline is a total cuddlebug, and she adores children. She’s been wonderful with kids over 10, and let’s not forget, she’s potty-trained, non-destructive, and has mastered the art of not needing a crate. 🎉 Marceline is ready to be your adventure buddy!
