This delightful Nebuchadnezzar of a blue Neapolitan Mastiff is about 2 years young and ready to steal your heart! 💙 Rinaldo was found roaming the streets and ended up in a high-kill shelter in Houston, Texas. His luck changed when a thoughtful person in Arkansas saw his picture and couldn't resist—he reminded her of a beloved dog she had lost. Little did she know, adopting a Neapolitan Mastiff is no small feat! 😅 Rinaldo was shipped to her, but it quickly became clear she wasn't equipped for his needs. On June 29th, 2025, our hero Rinaldo made his way to a loving foster home in Virginia, where his new adventure began! Unfortunately, he's currently heartworm positive, but don't worry—his slow-kill treatment is already underway! 🎉 Plus, we're tackling that pesky flea infestation together. Despite being on the thin side at just 118 pounds, this solid Mastino is going to fill out like a champ with some good meals! Rinaldo already knows how to sit and down like a good boy, but we all know there’s always room for improvement. His leash manners? Well, let’s just say it’s a work in progress, but his seasoned foster is up for the challenge! 🚶‍♂️💨 He’s also a great car rider and seems to be a generally happy fellow, always wagging that magnificent tail!
