When Pillow became pregnant, she was discarded on the streets of South Texas. A local rescuer took her in and spent two years fostering her, hoping someone would finally choose her. When that chance never came, Pillow was moved to a rescue in Tennessee—only for tragedy to strike again when she developed mammary tumors. Though she is now considered a hospice dog, Pillow remains comfortable and happy in her foster home. Despite everything she’s endured, Pillow is pure sweetness. She is affectionate, calm, and content to spend her days lounging and cuddling beside her people. She’s gentle and kind with children, cats, and other dogs, making her an easy, peaceful addition to almost any home. All Pillow wants is a soft place to land and a family to love her for the time she has. Pillow is seeking a foster or adopter in the Northeast.
