Lulu is an Irma hurricane survivor! Her world is changing once again with her owner needing to move out of the country, and she's looking for a final forever home! She's a sweet girl, has lived with a dog before that she considered her mother. She loves to sit on your lap, talk, and be pet. She loves playing with little mice toys and balls.
