Age: Young Adult. Intake: 01/06/2026, DeKalb County. Foster: Marina Malan. Trainer: Atom Gallo (Blissful K9 Training). Contact: leicaspaws2014@gmail.com. Meet most handsome and BIG Onyi! He's in training and his trainer loves this big boy. Calls him Squatch. Trainer is also fostering now after training, so Onyi doesn't forget his commands and has a LOT of interaction with other dogs. This boy was rescued from a shelter after his prior owner 'abandoned' him after tying him up for 5 years. Onyi was on THAT list at the shelter and we couldn't leave him. HOWEVER, Onyi cannot just go to any home as he has some quirks. That is why we have sent him to training where he will be worked with. He will get full obedience training, get socialized, meet other dogs. Adopters HAVE to meet with the trainer and continue Onyi's training.
