About Emily

Meet Emily! This sweet one-year-old terrier mix weighs 17 pounds and is bursting with charm. She adores people and has so much love to share. While Emily is building her confidence, she requires a nurturing family that will be patient and understanding, showing her that she’s safe and finally home. Emily has an immense passion for toys and enrichment activities, which are essential for her engagement and confidence. Despite being a little tripod, missing one leg, she doesn’t let that hold her back. She’s all about enjoying life, playing, and soaking up affection. Although she's generally okay with other dogs, Emily can feel uncertain when they get close. Socialization efforts are ongoing, which will help her grow comfortable around canine companions. Emily’s ideal family will provide consistency, positive experiences, and plenty of reassurance. With the right support, this delightful girl can flourish into the carefree pup she’s meant to be.
