Pepper is a Shih Tzu and Poodle mix, born in September 2014. As a senior beauty, she's a breeder release looking for a patient home where someone can be around most of the time—ideally a person working from home or retired. Pepper is quite shy and gets startled easily by abrupt movements or loud sounds, so a quieter environment without children is essential for her comfort. This gentle soul finds joy in sunny spots, basking in the warmth and taking nice long naps both indoors and outdoors. She prefers snuggling on cozy dog beds or fluffy blankets, and her kennel feels most secure with the door left open. Although she may initially hesitate to approach, Pepper is curious about her surroundings and will cautiously follow her foster mom from room to room. While not fully potty trained yet, she's making progress. She understands the word "outside" and learns from observing other dogs, earning praise and treats for her efforts.
