Meet Toboggan, or Toby for short—yelling "TOBOGGAN" from your yard might get some curious looks from neighbors. Toby is a 4-year-old Beagle found six months ago, currently in search of a foster home. His temporary caregivers have been wonderful, but it’s time for him to settle into a permanent place. Toby gets along well with everyone—adults, kids, strangers, other dogs, and even cats and small animals. His openness to friendships might come as a surprise to some, as he's quite the friendly little guy. However, he isn't house trained yet. Having lived outside during his time with caregivers, he'll need guidance and patience to learn the ropes of indoor living. Additionally, Toby needs to be neutered and get up-to-date on vaccinations. As he lacks thumbs and a health plan, he’ll need someone to help him get those appointments. What he truly desires is a warm home filled with love, companionship, and the chance to embrace the indoor lifestyle. Can you foster this wonderful boy?
