About Bisou

Meet Bisou! This charming five-year-old American Pitbull Terrier, Australian Cattle Dog, and German Shepherd mix hails from Middlebury, CT. With her striking golden coat and athletic build, she's truly a sight to behold. Weighing in at 37 pounds, Bisou brings an abundance of energy, intelligence, and zest for life. She loves to race through the snow, conquer hiking trails, and shows off her skills in agility and scent work. Fetching balls and playing with her squeaky rubber bone are just a few of her favorite pastimes. Indoors, she’s house-trained and crate-trained, making her a fantastic companion for those who cherish good behavior. Bisou’s affection for people, including strangers, shines through; meeting new friends is always a highlight for her. This sweet girl is intelligent too — she knows commands like sit, down, and stay. While she’s good at following directions, outdoor distractions can sometimes steal her attention. Bisou thrives with consistent routines, physical activities, and mental challenges. She thrives best with an active, experienced family that understands working breeds and can help manage her leash reactivity and prey drive. While she can be selective with dog companions, she needs a cat-free home and would do best without young children. A quiet setting with a large, secure yard would allow her to enjoy her adventures fully. Bisou is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and in great health. Her playful charm, incredible intelligence, and enthusiasm make her an adventurous partner for those ready to embrace life’s challenges together.
