About Lizzy
Lizzy is a dainty little beauty with a big story and an even bigger heart. At just 7 pounds, this elegant Singapura kitty carries herself like a tiny queen, but behind her graceful charm is a girl who has been through more than her fair share. Lizzy and her sister Tizzy came to Whiskers after their beloved elderly owner passed away. Tragically, Tizzy lost a battle with large cell lymphoma while in foster care, leaving Lizzy to navigate substantial change and loss in a short time. She seeks a patient, attentive home where she can settle in comfortably. While Lizzy has some medical requirements, they are manageable. She takes a daily pill and eats a prescription dry food. After much trial and error, we found a wet bisque-style food she enjoys! A family committed to maintaining her healthy weight and supportive diet is essential. Lizzy has been front declawed and has had her remaining teeth removed, so she depends on her humans and any animal companions to be gentle. A calm and respectful environment will help her thrive. When Lizzy feels safe, her sweet personality shines. She adores heated beds, interactive toys, and cozy adventures under the covers. Lizzy is a biscuit-making expert and enjoys supervised outdoor explorations like yard time and even bike rides with some practice. She may get along with cat-savvy dogs, provided they respect her space and keep her food safe. Lizzy is eager for a compassionate home that appreciates her sensitive nature and can give her the extra care she deserves. In return, she will offer quiet companionship, gentle affection, and a special bond that only comes from giving a second chance to a remarkable cat. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
