About Rebel

Meet Rebel, the Miracle Cat ready to melt your heart. Imagine surviving the harshest winter nights, frozen to a pond, and emerging from that ordeal with nothing but love. That’s Rebel. This sweet and profoundly deaf cat fought to survive one of the cruelest winters, and now he’s a resilient little soul looking for a warm forever home. Rebel knows how to get your attention. When it’s time for affection, he confidently positions himself right on your foot and flops over for mandatory belly rubs. His quirky side shines through in his love for water, delighting in splashing around his bowl despite his frosty past. He has a medium energy level, happily engaging with interactive toys or racing through tunnels. Due to his history, Rebel requires a strict prescription hydrolyzed protein diet for his digestive health. He needs to be the only cat in his home, though he has a strong bond with his buddy Thumper, who he would gladly adopt with. Rebel gets along well with dogs, enjoying the company of non-prey-driven pups, and he’s best suited for homes with kids aged 12 and up due to his bold personality. Rebel survived against all odds, and all he asks for in return is a cozy space, the special food he needs, and a human who appreciates his quirky love. If you think you can provide a loving home for this miracle boy, Rebel is ready to be your best friend. Click apply to start the adoption process.
