About Basil

Meet Basil! Basil and his family were rescued during a hot Michigan heat wave, thanks to a compassionate Good Samaritan. This charming all-grey boy is now thriving indoors and eager to find his forever home. He's an outgoing and curious little guy who loves to be involved in everything you do. Playtime ranks as his favorite activity, especially if it involves a good wrestling match with his lookalike brother, Cilantro. Once he’s expended his kitten energy, Basil switches gears to cuddle mode, draping himself across your arms and purring happily while soaking up affection. When it’s time for serious naps, you’ll find him curled up at the top of the cat tower, recharging for the next adventure. If you're in search of a playful and loyal companion who will bring endless joy and companionship, Basil is the one for you! He's neutered, FeLV/FIV negative, microchipped, and current on vaccines. He’s also litter box trained and does well with other cats and is likely to do well with mild-mannered dogs and children. Apply to adopt Basil today!
