Meet Nene! This charming young pup started his journey in dire circumstances, found with his mother and siblings in a public housing community in Puerto Rico. Many kids were mistreating the puppies, so when our team learned about them, we rushed in to help. Unfortunately, three puppies didn't survive the chaos. Now, thanks to our efforts in educating the community and rescuing Nene and his family, he's ready to find his forever home. This little guy is on track to be a small dog, weighing around 20 lbs fully grown. He's up to date on his vaccinations and will be neutered when the time is right. Nene has a friendly disposition and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even children. After his tough start, he deserves a loving family and a life filled with belly rubs and joy.
