About Cowboy
Meet Cowboy, the adorable little pup ready to find his forever home! This playful guy is about 7 months old and weighs around 45 pounds. Heโs a mix between a Pointer and a Labrador Retriever, so you can expect him to grow into a medium to large-sized companion. Cowboyโs journey began when his mother was rescued from the streets, and he was born into a loving foster environment. Cowboy is as friendly as they come. He gets along well with dogs and currently shares his foster home with them, showcasing his playful side while also enjoying cozy cuddle sessions on the couch. Heโs spent time around cats and knows how to respect their space, making him adaptable for various households. When it comes to kids, Cowboy is sweet and gentle, having interacted positively with children aged 1.5 to 8 years. That said, older kids might be a better match due to his puppy energy. Potty and crate trained, Cowboy is learning to walk nicely on a leash. He thrives in an active environment, preferably with a fully fenced yard where he can romp around. Plus, obedience training will help channel his youthful energy into positive behaviors. If youโre looking for a true companion who is friendly and adventurous, Cowboy is your guy.
